Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Payment: The first night’s accommodation will be automatically charged to the guest’s credit card 24 hours before the arrival date. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in during reception hours. We accept cash only (LKR or EUR) for the remaining balance. By providing a valid credit card, the guest authorizes the property to charge the applicable amount in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the selected cancellation policy.
   2. Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged the first night’s accommodation. Cancellation requests must be submitted via WHATSAPP to +94 76 257 1660 and are only considered valid once confirmed by us.
   3. No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled arrival date, or who arrive after reception hours without informing us in advance via WHATSAPP (+94 76 257 1660), may be considered a no-show. In such cases, the property reserves the right to charge up to two nights’ accommodation (or the full reservation value for one-night reservations), cancel the remaining nights and release the bed for resale at the property’s discretion.
   4. Group Bookings: Bookings are limited to a maximum of 2 guests per reservation. Any attempt to circumvent this policy by making multiple bookings will result in immediate cancellation without notice.
   5. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and dormitories and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
   6. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly observed between 23:00 and 07:00.
   7. Check-in: Check-in is available between 14:00 and 20:00. Guests arriving after 20:00 must inform us in advance via WHATSAPP (+94 76 257 1660) to arrange a late check-in. Guests who fail to notify us of a late arrival may be considered a no-show, and their reservation may be cancelled and the bed released for resale at the property’s discretion.
   8. Check-out: Check-out must be completed before 11:00.
   9. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights.
   10. Guests only: Outside visitors are not permitted on the property after 18:00.
   11. Prohibited Substances: The use or possession of drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.
   12. Pets: Only the hostel’s dogs are allowed on the property; no other animals are permitted.
   13. Age Restriction: Guests must be 18 years or older. Children are not allowed.
   14. Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. The property reserves the right to ask guests to leave without a refund if behavior is unreasonable or disruptive.
   15. Disturbances: Sexual activity is not permitted in the dormitories
   16. Damages: Any damages, breakages, or rooms left in an unreasonable state will be charged.
   17. Towel Policy: Lost or damaged towels will incur a charge of 2,000 LKR.
   18. Liability: The property is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss or theft of personal belongings.
   19. Third-Party Services: The property is not responsible for third-party services such as laundry, scooter rentals, or taxis, even if recommended.
   20. Bed Allocation: Only one person is allowed per bed.
   21. Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to all bookings.

By staying with us, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
